TD Domeng maintains strength as it moves northwest

As of 4:00 a.m. Wednesday, the weather disturbance was spotted 340 kilometers east Northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services  Administration (PAGASA) said.

It has maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center and is forecast to move Northwest at 5 kilometers per hour.

Caraga and Central and Eastern Visayas will be under cloudy skies and experience scattered light rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms, PAGASA said.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy and experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
